These terms cover chatdecidestv.com and everything you buy from Chat Decides. By using the site or buying something, you agree to them.

The stories are fiction

Every series is made up, including Last One Holding, its players, the host and the $LAST coin. Any resemblance to real people is a coincidence. There is no real coin, game or prize, and there never will be. The money facts in each part are general education, not financial, legal or tax advice.

Voting

Voting is free and happens in the comments on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. We decide how votes are counted, including removing spam and fake accounts. We can change or skip a story beat for safety, legal or platform reasons.

Comments are public. By commenting on a part, you agree we may show your public comment and @ in a future part or on this site. Ask us and we'll take it down.

The Holder Pass

The Holder Pass is a one-time digital perk: your @ on the Holder Wall with a holder number, your @ in the season finale credits, and the Playbook PDF. We confirm an account is yours before its @ goes up. We can turn down a name that's offensive, impersonates someone or breaks platform rules, and we'll refund you if we do. The pass doesn't affect votes or the story, isn't an investment, has no cash value and can't be resold. There are 100 Holder Passes in total.

Prices

Launch prices run through October 25, 2026, Central time: $10 for the Holder Pass and $14 for the Playbook. After that they're $20 and $30. Prices can change, but never after you've paid.

The Playbook

The Playbook is a digital guide for your personal use. You can use what you learn in it to make your own videos. Please don't share or resell the file. It describes how we work. It doesn't promise views, followers or income.

Age

You must be at least 13 to use this site. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy anything.

Our content

Parts, characters, scripts and artwork belong to Chat Decides. Sharing links is great. Re-uploading parts as your own is not.

Limits

The site and perks are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything you buy is limited to what you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA.
